With our Optional Managed Services package, we will take care of that for you. Your VPS server will be included in the custom–developed monitoring software system and if there is a sign of a trouble, our skilled technical support engineers will be informed immediately.

  • Creating a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the easiest thing in this world. You will either need to use a different server or your desktop PC, alternatively depend on some third–party tool. We offer a considerably simpler alternative with our Optional Managed Services offer. We will create a complete backup copy of your VPS on a weekly basis, so you never have to be scared of permanently losing any critical information. Plus, we can recover a backup very quickly. All the backups are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

  • When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra configuration from you. This is where our Optional Managed Services solution will help you out. It features 30 minutes of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – in other words you can literally hire one of our knowledgeable server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software package that you want. Or have him solve a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

    The Optional Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an add–on for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
