A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free (within a certain limit). We’ll migrate your website(s) to our high–performance cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping hosting providers can lead to lost data and unnecessary network downtime. Because of this, we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got practiced administrators whose only responsibility is to ensure that your website works exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based on well–known web apps like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time frame, since there are plenty of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to migrate your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the website content is not large).

A: We’ll need the login details for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Client privacy is indeed one of our primary responsibilities – this is why, both our payment page and our CP login page are secured with enterprise–class SSL certificates. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial methods to protect the details that we receive online. And we’ve got a very detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we collect.

A: No. Your web site will continue to be available online during the migration. As soon as everything is done on our end, we’ll inform you so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything is alright, all you will need to do is change your domain’s DNS records.

A: Nah. We will never touch base with your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the web site transfer either.

A: Yup. We support all conventional Linux–based hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, since we do not offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we do not support proprietary site creation and administration user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
